Sony survey hints at possible revamp for PSP?
More stuff from the rumor mill, so your salt-shakers better be ready. It seems that a survey Sony sent out last night has caused some people to think that the PSP may be headed for a revamp in the near future.
In an article over at Kotaku, Luke Plunkett talks about the survey, citing one particular question – “Would you buy another PSP system if it included a hard drive and/or video out?” – as the most telling. What really piqued his curiosity is that the HDD add-on is mentioned twice in the survey.
So, what do you guys think? Just to be safe, we’re looking at this like that poll ITMedia conducted to see what PSP accessory the Japanese public would like to see most. Then again, the most telling question does ask PSP OWNERS if they would buy ANOTHER one if the HDD add-on was, well, added on, so depending on how the results of this survey go, we just might be seeing a reduction in the load times of future PSP games.
