It looks like Sony is really going all out to entice indie developers into making games for the PSP Minis program. AN SCEE document uncovered by GamerBytes reveals some of the steps Sony is taking to make things easier on Minis devs.

According to the document, pretty much everything released on the PlayStation Network require a US$ 0.16 fee per gigabyte of data. For Mini games, this bandwidth fee will be removed. There’s also no minimum sales threshold, so devs will still get paid even if their game doesn’t sell too well.

There will also be no restrictions on the number of games a dev can release through a publisher, so we can probably expect multiple games from a single publisher released in a month. Speaking of releases, the devs themselves will also have control on when they release their games. There are also no more requirements for content approval and the quality assurance process has been made much shorter.
