Namco Bandai has just sent out word that Soul Calibur Legends for the Wii console had gone gold, and will be available on shelves by this November 20. Taking a step back from the traditional one-on-one encounters of the past Soul Calibur titles, Soul Calibur Legends puts players on an the third-person hack n’ slash adventure as they follow the story leading up to Siegfried’s eventual corruption into Nightmare by the Soul Edge sword.

Gamers can further expect to pick franchise favorites like Siegfried, Ivy, Mitsurugi, Taki, Sophitia, or even Lloyd, as they unleash the hurt on multiple enemies you’ll be encountering, made all the more immersive by the Wiimote’s motion controls. There’s also a split-screen Co-op Mode for those looking for team-play, as well as a Competitive Mode, and Versus Mode.
