Space Adventures to Send Off First UAE National

Space Adventures is the first company to launch private explorers into space. Orbital space flight missions and commercial flights around the moon are just two of the company’s space programs being offered to civilians.

This time, with Space Adventures’ partnership with His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi and with clearance from the UAE Department of Civilian Aviation, the company will now be setting up a space port in Ras Al-Khaimah. Interested civilians have been calling up space adventures inquiring about the different space programmes that they’re offering.

The first UAE national to be chosen to board Space Adventures’ sub-orbital space transportation system (which was designed by Russian company Myasishchev Design Bureau) is Adnan Al Maimani.
