Several members on the IGN forums have spoken out that selected members of the Nintendo.com community will be award free, early released copies of Nintendogs before its August 22nd release date.

Unknown is which Nintendo.com registrars are eligible for the free giveaway, but it is assumed that the most active members will be the ones who qualify.
