Spectral Force 3 North American release trailer
In case you didn’t know, Atlus will soon unleash a combo of strategy RPGs on the Microsoft Xbox 360. Long after the announcement of becoming a third-party publisher for the console, two new titles are finally coming from same company that brought us cult hits Disgaea (before NIS America began publishing its own games in the west) and the Shin Megami Tensei series. This time, we get to see a trailer of developer Idea Factory‘s Spectral Force 3 which is slated for release this spring. Hit that jump to see it in action!
Just like fans familiar with high-quality games Atlus churns out, our expectations were steep after the company announced its plan to be a third-party publisher for the Microsoft Xbox 360. With two titles in the pipeline, we couldn’t wait to see what’s in store. Now, we finally get a glimpse of developer Idea Factory‘s Spectral Force 3 for western regions.
Labeled as the first strategy RPG on the Xbox 360, Spectral Force 3 offers everything you’d expect from a title in its genre with excess of up to 40 unique recruitable characters, over 150 missions, and an engaging combo system.
Unlike the World War II-inspired Operation Darkness, another grid-based strategy game by Atlus on the Xbox 360, Spectral Force 3 takes a fantasy setting head on with anime-esque characters and character classes such as ninja, samurai, and sorcerer. It is slated for release this spring, just a few weeks before the other Atlus offering hits shelves.
