With Splinter Cell: Conviction‘s freezing issues out of the way, gamers can now look forward to some hassle-free playing and even some weekly freebies.

 

Ubisoft is giving away free DLC for the game starting with the MP7A1 machine pistol. It’s not clear how long this promo period will last, but gamers will find a new freebie every Thursday.

 

While the promo won’t officially start until tomorrow, April 15th, The Lost Gamer reports that the MP7A1 is already out in the wild. Just check under ‘Extras’ in the game’s main menu and navigate to the ‘Exclusive Content’ section and see if it’s already available for you.
