Splinter Cell Demo and Release Info
Reports have it that come October 19th, we can expect Splinter Cell to be hitting the shelves of your favorite game stores. If that is too long a wait for you, you can always pre-order it for $59.99 over at Ubisoft‘s online store. Hopefully, it’s the real deal this time. Fans of the game (maybe even Tom Clancy‘s) cannot afford another let down.
However, just like any meticulous customer, you’d want to get an idea what you’re getting before burning some cash on it right? A multiplayer demo will be available for the Xbox, while the PC will get a double whammy with both single-player and multiplayer demos. Unfortunately, a public beta test of versus mode will not be be possible this time. No exact date has been mentioned yet, except that it would probably be a month before the game is launched.
