Star Soldier R confirmed, sighted at Hudson Caravan 07 tour
A rumor circulated last month regarding a new Star Soldier game being developed by Hudson Soft. According to reports, the new title is tentatively known as Star Soldier R. It seems that the rumors are in fact true given this video clip from the company’s Caravan 07 tour in Japan.
Looking closely at the TV monitor shown in the video clip, it is clear that this is a new entry in the franchise all together and not like the any other previous games released on Nintendo Wii’s Virtual Console. While Hudson retained the game’s overhead vertical view, it is obvious that Star Soldiers R received a lot of graphical upgrades.
