Star Wars Galaxies limited customer support during Presidents’ Day

Sony Online Entertainment and LucasArts are informing every Star Wars Galaxies players that customer support for the game will be limited to chat and email only for today.

This is in observance of the Presdents’ Day event. Normal operations including phone support will begin tomorrow. Know more about this development after the jump!

As you are all probably aware, the United States is currently celebrating Presidents’ Day or what is otherwise known as Washington’s Birthday.

Unfortunately, the holiday will affect the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. According to Sony Online Entertainment, technical, account, and billing staffing for the game will be limited to chat and email support for the whole day.

An official page has been provided for further inquiries which can be accessed via the source link below. Also, SOE and LucasArts are informing each resident of Star Wars Galaxies that phone support  normal operations will resume on Tuesday, February 19 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
