Streamline to provide 3D content for Unreal Tournament 3

Streamline Studios, one of the global players in digital content distribution, announced today that they have joined Epic Games‘ Unreal Tournament 3 (Xbox360, PS3) team to create 3D content service solutions for the multi-platform game.

Streamline CEO, Alexander Fernandez, shares that Unreal Tournament 3 will be the indie developer’s fifth next-gen title they’ve worked on. This year also marks the company’s fifth year in the digital content creation and distribution realm.

But enough with the numbers. Here’s what Fernandez had to say about the partnership: “Epic’s ability to create games of AAA quality is unrivaled, making them a perfect partner for Streamline Studios digital content services.” Heck, yeah! We may not know the nitty gritty stuff about digital content distribution but if this means more content to enhance UT3 gameplay, then we’re on board. Now whether this digital content will also be translated to the PC version, we have yet to find out.
