Street Fighter X Tekken announced at Comic Con

Thanks to Comic Con, we’re finally in on the big announcement from Capcom. It’s Capcom vs. Namco, as many of you did suspect, but then again, not quite. To be exact, it’s Street Fighter x Tekken. In 2D.

 

 

 

 

Thanks to Comic Con, we’re finally in on the big announcement from Capcom. It’s Capcom vs. Namco, as many of you did suspect, but then again, not quite. To be exact, it’s Street Fighter x Tekken. In 2D.

 

 

 

 

Yoshinori Ono had been teasing this secret title, but it was Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada who introduced it to Comic Con’s audience, tagging along with him an introductory trailer featuring Ryu (from SF) and Jin (from Tekken) in ink.

 

 

 

 

Now, while all of you are surely very excited about this game, unfortunately, it won’t be out “for a while”, according to the devs. But you can rest easy knowing full well that it will be coming, and heading your way through both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
