Summer Coding Competition: PSPRedneck

Sektor has released PSPRedneck as his competition entry for QJ and Lik-Sang‘s Summer Coding Competition with a Lua application which isn’t what it seems. You may be expecting all games, or even useful applications to be entered into our competition but this is something slightly different.

PSPRedneck or “You might be a redneck if…” shows no less than 303 “you might be a redneck if” messages.  If you’re not sure what I mean, the picture above says “you might be a redneck if… you think a turtleneck is [a] key ingredient for soup”. Another is “you might be a redneck if…you own at least 20 baseball hats.”

This application has been created in the name of satire, and has nothing against rednecks but we’re guessing that you conform to all 303 statements in this application you can proudly call yourself a redneck. All messages are displayed at random, when you press the X button so you’ll probably be hunting around for a long time before you get the same message twice.
