Sunshine Customs v2 – import options, vehicle names, turn mass
Homebrew developer emcp dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released Sunshine Customs v2. This particular application allows users to modify the cars in Rockstar Game’s PlayStation Portable title Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It was coded using Edison Carter’s GTA CheatDevice.

Sunshine Customs v2 comes with its own Readme.txt file, so be sure to browse through that first to avoid problems and to maximize the potential of this nifty application. emcp also said that this specific version will not work with custom firmware 3.71 M33.
