Super Paper Mario to go bilingual?

There’s been a lot of intrigue regarding Super Paper Mario lately. There have been rumors of a possible delay (which was promptly squashed), a screenshot hinting that it could be the first Wii title to have connectivity with the Nintendo DS, and now it looks like the new Mario game will have a bilingual cover.

Yes, bilingual. If you check out the art behind the box, you’ll notice that there’s some Spanish text below. Does this mean the North American launch will have a bilingual setup? Will the in-game text be optional for English and Spanish speakers? Is Nintendo appealing to the Hispanic community to become the next big crowd that it draws? Will Mario become Señor Mario soon?

We don’t know as of the moment (our copy’s still yet to delivered), but what we do know is that the game will most probably set the Wii on fire again. Nintendo hardly ever disappoints us with its own games, and it doesn’t look like it will start any time soon. If any of you guys got a copy of the game already, please do shed some light on this.
