Super Smash Bros. Brawl: rumble in the Pokemon Stadium
What’s another day gone by without an update from Nintendo‘s fighting fest game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl? Certainly a dull one. So it’s a good thing we have a new update hot and ready to deliver to you straight out of the Smash Bros. Dojo.
Today’s update features a new battleground for our brawlers to play in. It reprises the good old Pokemon Stadium, but with a few new surprises added into it. The Pokemon Stadium comes in four new flavors: “Electric,” “Ground,” “Flying,” and “Ice.” The terrain randomly changes from time to time so the fighters have absolutely no idea what to expect.
Each terrain transformation gives a unique challenge for the fighters that step into the ring. For instance, the Ice terrain stays true to its namesake and makes very slippery for everyone, while the Ground stage has gigantic mounds of earth just popping out of nowhere thanks to the efforts of the local Dugtrio. The most interesting stage perhaps is the Flying stage where everyone’s jump abilities get boosted enough to make even Michael Jordan envious.
The fun never stops with our daily updates. Super Smash Bros. Brawl is just a few more months away from its official release this December so everyone had better get ready for it once it hits the shelves. Until then stay tuned for tomorrow’s update on this great game.
