SuperMarioBros.Portable v0.1

PSP homebrew game developer, emericaska8r, passed by our forums recently to tell us about his first ever Lua release, SuperMarioBros.Portable v0.1. He mentions that it is basically a Super Mario Brother clone and since it is his first release, we give him props for a good start and we hope that he’ll let us in in his other PSP projects.

Anyhow, the game is still in its infant stage so there are a lot of factors missing to it. For his future plans, he wants to add enemies, make levels longer, tweak the controls and gameplay. Controls are as easy as 1-2-3: the D-pad will take care of movements, press cross to jump, and press square + D-pad for Mario to run.

emericaska8r is urging everybody to post their comments, criticisms, and suggestions so as he would know what to add in his next release. The only way for you to have constructive thoughts about this game is if you’ll download it. So with that, the download link’s down there, have fun!
