Supreme Commander demo now out

Hmm…is that burning metal we smell? It must be because the demo to Total Annihilation 2 Supreme Commander is out. And it’s a whopping 1GB of some futuristic, Napoleonic fun!

Yes, like what “blog master” Gino D. foresaw, it features a single player story line based on the Cybran campaign (the very first missions actually) and one skirmish map for all those who would like to try their hand at free command. The map, called “Finn’s Revenge”, can be played in three difficulty settings: easy, medium, and hard mode.

With the game building up for a February 20 release, this is one demo a real time strategy fan cannot afford miss. And it might be even better than the beta (hopefully).

So here’s a salute to THQ and Gas Powered Games: a hunka burnin’ tanks…err…thanks!
