Teh sexxy Gran Turismo HD videos and screenies
It’s a man thing to be dumbfounded, drool like crazy, even cry, at the sight of a car so beautiful, it’s a crime to leave sitting as a garage queen. So my keyboard is wet with tears – or spit – looking at these two Gran Turismo HD demonstration videos and a few screenies, or as our fellow writer Christopher C. would call them, car pr0n.
The screenies and Polyphony Digital videos from playsyde PS media site revolve around the obligatory menu and replay screens of the game. So obviously you get to select your ride in the Menu, and in the video, you can ogle at a Lan-Evo IV, the Subaru Impreza Rally, and a Lotus Elise ’04. There are more cars in the demo menu, but sadly they’re not selected for this vid.
More screenies after the jump!

And then there’s the Replay. As in all the Gran Turismo games, you get to watch your performance (or the pre-loaded performance of other drivers) from multiple angles. Here the simulated driver takes the Impreza Rally on… what looks like a calm Sunday drive down the Eiger Nordwand (I bet Bunta Fujiwara could tear up the Nordwand with that Impreza).
See the car pr0n in vivid 1280 x 720 action (although the file size might kill ‘ya). And if you’re wondering why we picked the 640 x 360 screencaps of the Replay, uh, the higher-res Replay caps of plasyde were either transition scenes where one shot would blend into the other, or completely blurred out, they might as well have been shaky-cam shots. The high-res Menu caps were ok, though.
