Tension at Infinity Ward offices as bouncer-like security comes in unannounced

Whoa. What’s going on at Infinity Ward? Reports are coming in saying that a couple of hours ago, a “bunch of bouncer-types” security dudes showed up at the developers’ offices unannounced, “freaking out” the staff.

 

 

 

Whoa. What’s going on at Infinity Ward? Reports are coming in saying that a couple of hours ago, a “bunch of bouncer-types” security dudes showed up at the developers’ offices unannounced, “freaking out” the staff. 

 

“Everyone is on edge,” said a staff to G4TV. No one has any idea what’s going on; all they know is that IW studio execs Vince Zampella and Jason West had a meeting with Activision this morning, but they both have not returned to the office. Apparently, there’s been some tension brewing between both entities, which the source did not further expound on.

 

“Freaked out” and “confused” the IW staff are, with the source saying, “We just wanna make our games.” No other reports have come in at this point, but we’ll be sure to let you know once we here anything else.

 

Hope it’s nothing serious, and more importantly, hope it does not escalate to anything more serious.
