Test Drive Unlimited Facts
Here’s the fresh fact sheet released by Atari that shows the basic features of the upcoming Xbox 360 and PC MMO racing game. The fact sheet basically says that the game will ship on those platforms in September 2006, and that the rating has already been given by the ESRB – E for Everyone (3+).
“…to give gamers playing offline the complete jet-set luxury lifestyle and the chance to rack up the road miles.” As you can see, they’re really aiming for that luxury feeling. If you’ve tried out the demo (available on XBL Marketplace) you’ll see that in the cut scenes and the general theme of the game.
And what’s a fact sheet without a list of features filled with cheesy marketing talk? Well this wasn’t an exception, but I managed to clean up the trash and actually gain some knowledge from it. It says you’ll have 30 of the world’s most exclusive cars which you’ll be able to play with on the Hawaiian island called Oahu. It won’t matter whether or not you’re playing online, because the “creds” will always fill up your bank account. Oh, and you’ll “…get hooked up with a fine crib in the hills…“.
And well, that’s pretty much it. More coming soon, yo. Peace!
