The Archlord Races Videos Now Available

Codemasters Online Gaming revealed details on the playable races in ArchLord, the MMORPG where one player will rule the world. ArchLord will feature three distinct races, each with their own unique skills and abilities…

The Humans. After freeing themselves from their Orc masters, the Humans form a noble race and a new life in the magical world of Chantra:

• The Knights are brave warriors famed for their melee skills, great loyalty to comrades and those who employ them and fierce determination in battle.
• The Archers provide aerial support in battle with their powerful arrow-based attacks and speed.
• The Mages are renowned for their goodwill and desire for a better world, diminutive in size but in posses ion of great magic powerful enough to take down towering enemies.

The Orcs. The oldest race in Chantra, and former masters of the Human race:

• The Berserker is a position that can be achieved only through the combination of great strength and a flare for magic in the battlefield.
• The Hunter, equipped with excellent night vision and stamina, lends excellent reconnaissance and support skills to any group.
• The Sorcerer is one of the most sociable characters in Chantra, but possess devastating powers for rituals and curses alike, wooed by the dark side they have been forced to embrace.

The Moon Elves. Long-time secret watchers over Chantra before they revealed themselves into the world:

• The Ranger is the most well rounded of all the ranged attack classes thanks to their uncanny ability to traverse any terrain, and devastating speed.
• The Elementalist may lack physical strength but their gift of powerful summons make them a force to reckon with on the battlefield.

ArchLord, set for release in Q3 across the US and Europe, already has over 800 fan sites registering online with over 20,000 player applications signing up for a Beta testing – all within the first within two hours. Now check out the videos of the three Archlord races.
