Even though they denied Dana White a UFC video game with the belief that mixed martial arts is “not a real sport,” EA Sports is now jumping on the MMA train with EA Sports MMA, now unveiling the game’s first screenshot, featuring the very painful armbar.

There isn’t a very big-name lineup to boast for the title just yet, with Dana White barring current UFC fighters from signing with EA. That up there seems to be Fedor Emelianenko giving the armbar to an unidentifiable dude who will forever remember what the back of Fedor’s knee looks like. Fedor, along with Randy Couture and Frank Shamrock, will be among the fighters playable in the game.
EA Sports MMA is coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360 targeting a 2010 release.
