The Conduit sequel announced

High Voltage Games’ Wii-exclusive shooter, The Conduit, is getting a sequel. This was confirmed in the latest issue of Nintendo Power magazine. While High Voltage is understandably still being secretive about what exactly the sequel brings to the table, they have revealed that it’ll feature some new multiplayer modes, tweaks, and character classes.

While High Voltage is understandably still being secretive about everything that the sequel brings to the table, they have revealed that Conduit 2 will take place in Atlantis and that it’ll feature some new multiplayer modes, tweaks, and character classes.

 

This time around, players will be given access to unlockable suit upgrades that give their characters special skills as well as more customization options. Those who want to keep the multiplayer experience a bit more intimate will be glad to know that a two-to four-player splitscreen option for all of the game’s competitive modes will be available.

 

Old favorites like the Bounty Hunter multiplayer mode will also be making a return along with a few old weapons mixed in with new ones. As for the new modes, one such mode mentioned was Invasion, where up to four players can join forces (either via splitscreen or online) to surmount some “unique” challenges that have yet to be fully revealed.
