The Dirt on Raid Boss Frintezza

Frintezza

One of the features of Lineage II Chronicle 5: Oath of Blood are the Boss Monsters. Defeat these monsters and you’ll be rewarded handsomely – fame, experience and great riches. But why go after the little fish when you can let greed take over and fight the big ones instead? Insert evil laughter here. Proceed.

Raid bosses are one of the most challenging and at the same time rewarding creatures in Lineage II. There are a lot of these bosses in the game but we’ll focus on one of the feature raid boss encounters that revolves around the formidable and unique Frintezza. He resides in the secret area of Imperial Tomb which is protected by a magical force field. It will take a lot of guts ans skill to pierce through his domain.

First, the leader of the party must get the scroll that will remove the protective barrier. It all begins with the Nameless Soul who resides in the Four Sepulchers. Full five parties can participate in this raid. The group will be split into two – an outer and inner group. The outer group must raze the walls that separates the two groups to the ground. As they do so, the inner group will take care of the monsters that will come out of nowhere. Once the walls are down the two groups can reunite in preparation for the final battle.

One thing you’d have to know about Frintezza is that he is of royal descent, the last imperial prince of the Elmoreden empire, and son to Baium of the Tower of Insolence. He has other people doing the job for him so be ready of his minions. And the one minion you should be most worried about is his champion Scarlet von Halisha. He’ll literally charge into battle with you and stun you. As he takes damage, he will transform and increase in power. Strategy must be used to utilize the full force of the raid party to defeat him.

Frintezza is also musically inclined and will use his talents to weaken your parties. If you get the opportunity to interrupt his playing, take it. His songs will disrupt your partyÂ’s mobility or negatively impact your overall health.

Now that you know all that you need to know on how to vanquish this funky royalty, get your best laid plans out and put it to the test.
