They’re Mistwalker‘s extensive extra incentive. They’re Microsoft‘s addictive badges of honor. If you get them all, you can add another 1,000 points to your Gamerscore. What is it? Well, it’s Blue Dragon’s achievements, of course.

We found the English equivalent of most of the achievements over at Xbox 360 Achievements, and boy, are they a doozy. According to their count, there are 43 of them in all, with some of them being secret enough that they’ve yet to be revealed on the site.

It includes some of the usual ones you’d expect from playing the game normally, such as performing a back attack, or getting past a storyline-based boss battle, but there are also some surprises. For instance, you can get ten gamerscore points for acquiring all of the mechat parts and all of the enhancements.

Strangely enough, there are also two achievements that apparently give zero points, other than the knowledge that you’ve been ambushed 50 times in battle, and have escaped from battle 50 times as well. They should probably call that the “Clumsy” and “Blue Chicken” achievements, just for good measure.

In any case, we’ll leave the digging up to you. Try to list down what achievements you want to get so that you won’t have to worry about remembering them when the game comes out, okay?
