The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword to be released “early 2011”

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword isn’t in the Wii lineup for Q3 2010. That’s because Nintendo scheduled the game’s release for 2011. That’s a pretty big margin, but fortunately, producer Eiji Aonuma has narrowed that a little bit.

“The basis we have now is very, very solid,” Aonuma told Official Nintendo Magazine about the game’s release. “Early 2011 – that is what we’re aiming for.”
Early 2011 might not be as specific as we’d prefer, but it’s certainly better than just plain 2011.
