The Premiere of Team Fortress 2: Second Trailer
Team Fortress 2 is the sequel to the original Team Fortress mod for Quake under Valve Corporation. The opinions on this game is located entirely on the different end of the spectrum. Some say that the artwork is jaw-droppingly amazing while some say that it is too cartoonish and childish, even comparing it to the popular movie, The Incredibles by Pixar. But, its recent showing at the recently concluded GC at Leipzig will change your mind. The background music coupled with the camera angles are as 70s mod spy movie as you can get. Think 007.
Just like in the movies, this second trailer for the game officially released by Valve is like a scene taken out from a movie, complete with a clapper that shows the details on each character. You can download the trailer through the download link just below the article.
And with an entertainment software and technology company like Valve backing this game, flaunting an impressive portfolio that includes the Half-Life series, Counter-Strike series and Portal, this multiplayer team-based first-person shooter with strategy elements is in darn good hands.
Team Fortress 2, along with the recently announced single player game, Portal, will be included with Half-Life 2: Episode Two and will be available Q1 2007.
