LucasArts‘ teasing has finally come to fruition, and the Monkey Island re-release has recently made its way onto the App Store. Yep, gamers can now play as pirate wannabe Guybrush Threepwood on their iPhones and iPod Touches.
LucasArts‘ teasing has finally come to fruition, and the Monkey Island re-release has recently made its way onto the App Store. Yep, gamers can now play as pirate wannabe Guybrush Threepwood on their iPhones and iPod Touches.
The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition for the iPhone and iPod Touch features the same improvements made for the game’s Xbox Live and PC versions — completely redrawn visuals, a remastered soundtrack, voice acting, and a hint system for the games puzzles. Gamers can also choose to play through Monkey Island in its classic look.
The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition is now available on the App Store for US$ 7.99.
