The Sims 2: Seasons brings year-round fun to PCs

Rain or shine… through snow or sweat… it’s non-stop fun when the new The Sims 2: Seasons from Electronic Arts moves into your PC neighborhood. The new game features a host of seasonal activities for the Sims: snowball fights, chasing fireflies, jumping in leaf piles, and more. But its not all fun and games. The Sims can also suffer from freezing, sunburn, colds, and other-under-the-weather effects if you don’t protect them from the elements!

The Sims 2: Seasons has the following new features:

• Dramatic and detailed weather effects from snowstorms, thundershowers, lightning bolts, and deadly hailstones
• Each season impacts the Sims’ relationships, moods, wants, and fears
• New seasonal activities for the Sims and friends: build snowmen, splashing in the pool, playing catch, and ice skating
• Harvest fruits and veggies all year round and blend love potions, energy drinks, health boosters, and more
• Master new skills from making productive gardens, fishing and grilling on the barbecue
• Six new new careers to explore: music, law, journalism, or education
• Dress for seasonal dress including Winter coats, gloves, ear muffs, raincoats, and Summer dresses
• New fun items – a weather control device , fruits and veggies, skating rink, wishing well, and a pool slide

The Sims 2 Seasons is an expansion pack and requires The Sims 2, The Sims2 Special DVD Edition, or The Sims 2 Holiday Edition for PC. No definite season has been named for its release but pre-orders will soon be available.
