Just like my fellow blogger Karl B. here, I sucked had a hard time playing Sims. Although I didn’t personally experience my virtual kids taken away by child services, my character always seemed to end up sad and lonely. And take note that I don’t neglect my character. If anything, I’m always there, clicking stuff, providing what he needs. I guess I’m a control freak and that’s where everything went wrong.

‘Nuff about me and let’s start talking about you. You must be pretty excited with Electronic ArtsThe Sims: Life Stories. This new title doesn’t require you to have the previous games so, in more ways than one, it’s an all new experience altogether. Accordingly, Life Stories will have two modes: the open classic mode (mode in which I failed) and the story mode where players live as Riley Harlow or Vincent Moore.

EA mentioned the last time around that The Sims: Life stories offers players a dynamic, romantic comedy twist that could spell disaster or bliss. Hmm, romantic and dynamic. So when you finally get your hands on this new game (released February 6), you should know well what to do – be less of a control freak. And then find love.

But if you haven’t decided to buy the game yet, take a look at these screenshots first and then decide if you want it.
