Thief 4 team making “leaps and bounds” in development

After the not-so-stealthy reveal of Theif 4, Eidos Montreal has pretty much gone to ground when it comes to the game. The studio's GM, Stephane D'Astous, has, however, assured fans of the series that it's coming along in "leaps and bounds."

After the not-so-stealthy reveal of Theif 4, Eidos Montreal has pretty much gone to ground when it comes to the game. The studio's GM, Stephane D'Astous, has, however, assured fans of the series that it's coming along in "leaps and bounds."

"Let me reassure you that the team is making leaps and bounds," said D'Astous in a recent interview with IncGamers. "Personally i have NEVER seen a team, at this milestone (middle of pre-production) in such good shape!"

D'Astous also reiterated that even though they're trying to take the series to a broader audience, fans will NOT be disappointed with Thief 4."

Looks like it's still too early for any concrete details, but hopefully Eidos Montreal lets slip some info on the game's target platforms soon. And maybe change that darn "THI4F" logo.
