You heard that right. Adam Thole‘s gone pretty far with his tilt-sensing controller mod for the 360. Back in February, we saw one of his earlier prototypes in action, and come April, things started to pick up for Thole. Other people were starting to notice his work and seeing some opportunity in bringing it mass market. So, getting ahead of the game, Talismoon offered a hand to Thole.

It’s now official, with a press release from Talismoon and all, including price and release information. This baby will set you back with an estimated price of US$ 35 and is currently scheduled to start shipping come next week!

For those who need some catching up with this mod-turned-mass-market-accessory, Adam Thole’s tiltBoard uses tiltTune technology – a firmware for such tilt-sensing devices. With his mod, you’ll be able to play your 360 games by tilting the controller. You’ll be required to solder seven wires though to install the tiltBoard though.
