It looks like the Sony PSP’s homebrew community has been bitten by the love bug too. Art dropped by the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums to announce the release of Time Baby v10e, designated as this homebrew’s Valentine’s Day Edition.
As a toast to the holiday of hearts, the biggest update Art reports for this application is an improvement to its Heart Rate Monitor function. As for the rest of the changes:
- Improvement to fly over feature where location is on edge of the screen, it is moved over a little.
- Resolution of heart rate monitor improved using a millisecond timer derived from the real time clock instead of using vertical blank counts in the calculation of the heart rate.
- Hysteresis implementation for the Heart Rate monitor causes it to function more smoothly.
- Added plasma screen saver feature.
Full details on Time Baby’s other functions are available in the readme included with the bundle. You may also want to visit Art’s release thread over at the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums.
