To Fall (in) 2007: Looney Tunes: ACME Arsenal
Now we find out what Red Tribe‘s Looney Tunes game is all about. PR from Warner Bros. and Red Tribe announce Looney Tunes: ACME Arsenal for the Wii and 360, an action-adventure game featuring the whole nine zany, kooky, and otherwise looney yards: Bugs, Daff, Taz, and company. (No word about beep-beep! and poof! – Roadrunner and Coyote – though, the perfect mascots for ACME.)
The game will be action-adventure, partly puzzle-solving, part combat, part vehicle, using an arsenal of ACME weapons and devices. Waitaminute – ACME arsenal? Are you sure these won’t backfire, or is Wile E. Coyote just not as Wile E. as he thought he was?
Anyway, the Xbox 360 version should feature real-time physics and animation blending, not to mention Xbox Live cooperative gameplay. Aww, we wanted to see DUCK SEASON! RABBIT SEASON! DUCK SEASON! RABBIT SEASON! RABBIT SEASON! DUCK SEASON – FIRE!!! online arguments. And the Wii version should expect gesture control. But don’t give the Wiimote to Coyote. Don’t ever give the Wiimote to Coyote.
