It was a simple case of hit and tell, but when a 14 year old boy from Wachter Middle School scratched another child with a key, he got more than what he bargained for. In response, the victim child told teachers that the offender had pornography on his PSP. Immediately police officials from Bismarck Police brought charges on the child for simple assault, and was then given a class C felony. This is all been blown a bit out of proportion, but then again, the law is the law. I’m guessing that the child would not be able to hold his head high again at school, and the agony of embarrassment with his parents must have been unbearable. Just shows what some decide to use the PSP for – although the handcuffs will keep him from using it now… for whatever reason.
