Tomb Raider Anniversary: Acrobatic and bear hunting gameplay videos

Two videos of Eidos Interactive‘s Tomb Raider: Anniversary (PS2, PSP, PC) sweetness coming right at you. The first lets you ogle at the beautiful Lara Croft as she deftly avoids them deadly, ancient traps in a display of celerity, agility and flexibility before gunning down a pack of rabid wolves – all without breaking a sweat. The second – and probably the most suspenseful video of the two – has Lara missing a jump, only to get on a bear’s bad side. Not to worry, she gets out okay.

It’s to note that the same split-second timing cutscenes we were first introduced to in Resident Evil 4 have made their way into the remake, and rather fluidly, too – but it’s more of using the D-pad rather than mashing a random combination of buttons (very intuitive, and doesn’t have you fumbling around with the controller).

Don’t let us spoil it all for you! The direct feed of Lara-flavored eye-candy begins now!

The other Tomb Raider Anniversary video awaits after the jump!
