Too Human – New Screens
You can never be too human. Well…. maybe that’s not entirely true. In Too Human you take the role of Balder, in an age where man has become more machine than flesh you must use your godlike powers to protect humanity from an onslaught of machine-monsters.
Too Human has been in development (or at least on the back burner) since the days of the original PlayStation, it then moved to the Gamecube before finally finding a soul mate in Microsoft’s Great Grey Hope. Culling elements of Norse mythology (Balder, the main character is named for the god of peace in the Norse pantheon) and throwing in the idea of the ever increasing push towards a union between mankind and machine, Too Human asks the question, what defines humanity? And no, that charming fellow pictured above is not Balder (who is incidentally… bald in the game).
Take hold of your mighty sword, cybernetically enhance yourself to the fullest, counsel with the Pantheon, yadda, yadda, yadda, whatever… this game looks freakin’ amazing!
