Toontown Online Introduces ‘Gardening’ Expansion
As players of MMORPGs continuously increase in number, most MMORPG creators simply put expansions to spice up the playability of the game. Today, the Walt Disney Internet Group (WDIG) announced the addition of “Gardening”, a new expansion of Disney’s Toontown Online. From the word itself, the new game allows players to grow and care for flowers and trees and to customise their own Toon estates.
As Toontown Online is the first (critically-acclaimed) MMORPG for kids and families, fans of the game are looking forward to more exciting stuff to see after the introduction of Lawbot HQ back in April.
In the new Gardening expansion, you get a chance to spruce up your Toon estates with new gardening tools. You can advance your skills to purchase better gardening tools, earn trophies, and add to your total Laff Point level. Master gardeners can enhance their estates with statues and fountains.
Unlike most MMOs, the players of Toontown Online are not charged for expansions as they are included in the standard subscription fee. All UK and European residents can try Toontown free for three days at ToonTown Online’s main UK site.
