Track 7 Games Responds to Theseis Cancellation News

If you’ve been hanging out at the QJ PS3 blog yesterday, chances are you’ve already taken a dose of PS3 rumor. I’m referring to a report from PS3land.com stating that Theseis for PS3 has been cancelled due to high development cost. Some of you who are eagerly anticipating the PS3 version of the conspiracy-fantasy adventure game may have been disappointed upon reading the article, but there’s really no reason to because developer Track 7 Games has branded PS3land’s article as “erroneous”.

Track7 Games clarified,”We never cancelled something that did not exist in the first place. We plan to develop Theseis for PC and Xbox360 in the near future. As for the PS3, we simply made a strategic decision to not move ahead because we deemed it not probable at this time.”

So there, the rumor has been laid to rest.
