Wii owners who loved the first Super Swing Golf will definitely be looking forward to the release of Super Swing Golf 2, Tecmo‘s follow-up to the popular anime-style golf title. To whet the appetites of those who are eagerly awaiting Super Swing Golf 2, here are a couple of new images from the game, courtesy of Jeux France.

Super Swing Golf 2 features pretty much the same characters found in the first game. New courses and an all-new story have been added to keep the experience fresh. The game’s story mode mode is now called “Tour Mode,” where players face off against their opponents on a map that looks like a board game.

The sequel will also reportedly feature new multiplayer modes, new customization options, new costumes, and new secrets. Development for Super Swing Golf 2 is being handled by Tecmo and Korean company Ntreevsoft, and the game is slated for release next year.
