Two new wallpaper apps – DV Wall Editor v2 and PSP Background Cropper
Well, we’ve got two new applications to ease the creation or modification of pictures to suit them for your PSP. The first one is called DV Wall-Editor v2 by Devun_06, a member of our forums. He has basically edited his own application to add support for the PSP’s resolution – 480×272.
The application definitely has a steep learning curve. But there’s some documentation bundled to ease you into the process of making wallpapers. And yes, it does have some bugs, which Devun_06 has acknowledged. Don’t worry though, he’s busy fixing them.
Make sure to read the documentation before jumping head-first into the process of making wallpapers. You’ll appreciate it.

The second application is a nice way to crop your wallpapers. PSP Background Cropper, made by Sulphur Dragon from our forums, helps you in cropping your pictures to suit the PSP’s resolution.
Here’s what he had to say – “Ive made a simple program for myself a while ago and decided to make it suitable for public use and release it to the public. I know there is a new program out the does the same thing (and more) and i know my program wont compete, but its not being released to compete 😛 (so no comments regarding that!)”
