After buffing up the Sony PlayStation 3 exclusive fighter Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Online in Japan, Namco Bandai has just announced that the update full of new features and some bug fixes has arrived on the U.S. PlayStation Store. DualShock 3 adopters can rejoice, while the rest have a lot to be happy about.

Through press wire, Namco Bandai confirmed that the Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Online update is now available for download. This patch introduces Pick-up Match Mode, which allows players to jump into matches without having to wait.

Another noteworthy new feature to the popular fighting game is the Flag search option. Players who’ll acquire the update can utilize a network filter to select opponents with optimal connection speeds.

Furthermore, casual gamers who don’t want to earn discouraging win-loss records when they face off against Tekken pros can turn the Rank Match option off.  DualShock 3 rumble support is also in to make those battles sweeter.
