Ubisoft: Assassin’s Creed II MP on iPhone is NOT the AC MP project
Not a lot of you were too keen about the recently announced Assassin’s Creed II: Multiplayer for the iPhone. If it makes any differences (it does, actually, and fortunately too), it’s been clarified that this is in fact NOT the multiplayer AC game announced last month.

Ubisoft made the clarification to MTV Multiplayer, saying that these are actually two different projects. It was a big “Nope” that was given out by the official spokesperson when MTV aske them whether or not the iPhone “multiplayer” AC is the “multiplayer project” they have for AC.
Yeah, yeah, it’s kinda confusing. Just take it for what it is. The iPhone version is NOT the multiplayer project they lauded last month, never mind the word “multiplayer” on them both.
