UK Charts: God of War II overthrown by Spider-Man 3
Another round of UK Charts from Chart Track for the week ending in May 5. The PlayStation 2 title God of War II has gone down from the number one spot to make way for the friendly neighborhood Spidey.
Activision‘s Spider-Man 3 debuts on the top spot, along with Final Fantasy III‘s remake for the Nintendo DS. FIFA 07 makes a surprise comeback on the charts, though we’re not really sure how. Plus, Buzz! The Mega Quiz has clawed up to number four from last week’s number 12. Here’s the complete list:
- Spider-Man 3 (Activision)
- God of War II (SCE)
- The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Ubisoft)
- Buzz! The Mega Quiz (SCE)
- Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 (Electronic Arts)
- Virtua Tennis 3 (Sega)
- Pokemon Ranger (Nintendo)
- FIFA 07 (Electronic Arts)
- Final Fantasy III
- UEFA Champions League 2006-2007 (Electronic Arts)
Regulars on the list are still Virtua Tennis 3, Tiger Woods, and UEFA Champions League (we ARE talking about the UK here). Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar has mysteriously dropped out of sight. Anyway, let’s see next week whether Spider-Man 3 is sticky enough to stick at number one.
