If you’re in the neighborhood, do check out their booth, that’s # 5200 in the Exhibit Hall. You’d definitely want to drop by because the team will be debuting some “brand new, never been touched outside of Naughty Dog, Uncharted 2 gameplay”.
Apart from getting your hands on those sweet, sweet previews, you can also have a nice meet and greet with some of the game’s voice actors: Nolan North, Claudia Black, Emily Rose and Robin Atkin Downes. They’ll all be participating in a panel on Thursday, July 23rd, at 5:30PM. Place to be is at room 6A on the Upper Level of the San Diego Convention Center. If you have no sense of direction like I do, these maps from the official Comic-Con website should help you out.
Moderating the panel will be IGN’s Greg Miller, and the main focus will be on Naughty Dog’s use of the Naughty Dog Engine 2.0, which enables them to create the first active cinematic experience in a videogame.
Aaaaaand, there’s more.
Naughty Dog has also partnered with ESC-Toys to make your own Nathan Drake Barbie! Okay, not a barbie, I was just kidding. But yeah, there will be ND toys, vinyl, in particular. Lovingly crafting these vinyl toys of Nathan Drake is no less than the toy company’s founder, Erick Scarecrow. Want to take a look at his portfolio? Some of his clients include the late Jam Master Jay of RUN DMC, Bad Boy Entertainment, Def Jam, and more.
Them vinyl toys will be limited as well, with only 2,500 pieces to be sold worldwide, so this is as collectible as it can get.
