uoRIN v1.24 with LHA/LZH Files Support

ouRIN v1.24 has been released. This new version has LHA/LZH support. The translation is rather hazy but does say it can uncompress .zip, .lha and .lzh file extensions. Any help on the translation would be greatly appreciated, as well as the authors name. (nataka or DonDanZoo?)
