Yes, there is such a thing as etiquette even in online gaming. So to have a smooth-flowing interaction with other players, rules have been set for you guys to follow when communicating with them.
Support Staff
Laid out here are the specified duties and roles of GMs, how to place GM calls, explanations about GMs in general, and how to write feedback e-mails with your suggestions, complaints, and whatnot.
Now, these new rules and polices were put up to provide better service for you all. And of course, the goal is to minimize, if not eliminate, whatever misunderstandings there may be due to miscommunication or lack of explanation.
