This time he’s released the USB Loader program, which allows users to load their *ehem* backups from their USB storage device. Note that you’ll need Custom IOS36 rev 09 for this (which is included in the download).
The description given in the readme is very straightforward: “USB Loader is a Nintendo Wii application that allows you to install and boot your backups from a USB storage device.” Here’s a video to show you how it works:
