UT3 video interview: weaponry and new gameplay modes
Gametrailers has put up a video interview with Epic Games president Mike Capps. In the video, we get to learn more about what to expect from the FPS behemoth called Unreal Tournament 3 (PC, PS3, and Xbox 360).
Epic Games is definitely working on full throttle for t,he next installment in the Unreal franchise. Capps notes that while last year’s Gears of War definitely showed off great graphics, this is a year later. “We’re blowing away what we did last year in terms of complexity of graphics and materials,” said Capps.
Aside from the great graphics, gamers will be treated to quite a few new features in Unreal Tournament 3. The guns are more powerful (“A rocket to the face, you’re dead, you’re done.”), for one. There are also new gameplay modes such as a vehicular version of Capture the Flag.
